Listing Manager 

Duties include: You will work directly with the listing agents and listing coordinator on the team to manage all aspects of the listing process from the moment a listing appointment is set.  While many tasks will not be handled by you directly you will ensure all steps have taken place and are systematically providing an amazing client experience to the seller as well as the agent who is listing the property. Some items may be to verify the listing presentation that the listing coordinator creates is correct and executable, schedule staging , manage repairs before listing and after negotiated during the contract, verify all houses have someone to hold an open house if the seller is open to an open house, ensure all mls updates and listings were entered correctly from the listing coordinator and several other listing items
